Service Days
Monday–Friday, with Saturday delivery available in many areas for an additional charge. Saturday delivery is available as a choice on Thursdays (for 2-day delivery) and Friday (for overnight delivery).

Exceptions
FedEx 2day service will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery to some areas of Alaska in 3 business days, depending on destination ZIP code. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii shipments, please contact us.
FedEx Ground — U.S.
Delivery Times
1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.;
3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Service Days
Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day.
Delivery Area
Available throughout all 50 states.
Exceptions
FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
FedEx Home Delivery
Delivery Times
1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
Service Days
Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Delivery Area
Available throughout all 50 states.
Exceptions
FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
If you select FedEx Ground service, your package will either be delivered by FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground depending on your delivery address. Most, but not all, residential addresses are serviced by Home Delivery and business addresses are serviced by Ground delivery. The choice of Ground or Home Delivery is made by the shipping software and not us. If you have a specific concern, let us know.
Currently we only ship to addresses in the USA. Due to Customs and delivery service delays to most countries outside of the USA we do not offer shipping to any other countries at this time.
Custom work (e.g. embroidery or screen printing) orders are not returnable. Some special orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Special orders typically include large orders that have been discounted or require special handling. You will be notified if your order would be subject to a restocking fee prior to shipment of your order.
