More Shipping Information We offer USPS Mail Service, FedEx for your package delivery, and UPS for certain jumbo items. USPS Priority Mail Service is usually the most cost effective service available for most of our teddy bears and stuffed animals. Our website determines shipping charges for USPS and FedEx based on real-time feedback from their servers when you put in your zip code (and press the "Recalculate" button on our shopping cart page. If you have a specific shipping request, call us and we will take care of it. Orders received before 11:00 am (Pacific Time) are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after noon, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped the next business day. USPS has a service goal of 2-3 day delivery time for Priority Mail Service. USPS Express Mail delivery is not offered because of problems with Express Mail deliveries. We recommend selecting FedEx service when you need a package delivered on an expedited basis. Jumbo items shipped by UPS Ground shipments take longer and you should allow up to ten days for a jumbo items to reach their destination. These delivery times are only estimates and you should allow additional time around major holiday periods to assure that your package arrives on time. Available FedEx services are summarized below. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states. Exceptions FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you select FedEx Ground service, your package will either be delivered by FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground depending on your delivery address. Most, but not all, residential addresses are serviced by Home Delivery and business addresses are serviced by Ground delivery. The choice of Ground or Home Delivery is made by the shipping software and not us. If you have a specific concern, let us know. Currently we only ship to addresses in the USA because of Customs and delivery service delays to most countries outside of the USA. Custom work (e.g. embroidery or screen printing) orders are not returnable. Some special orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Special orders typically include large orders that have been discounted or require special handling.
