Details
- You select the layaway plan that works best for you. We offer 30, 60, and 90-day layaway plans.
- There is no fee for taking advantage of one of our layaway plans.
- Our layaway plan is available for orders of $50 or more (not including shipping) and is available for any products on our website.
- The minimum down payment is 25% of the purchase price.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the down payment applies to any canceled layaway order
- Payments are due every 30 days until the item is completely paid for, including any applicable shipping.
- Layaway merchandise may be returned to inventory 30 days after a missed payment.
Layaway Transactions Rules
- You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment options:
- Check
- Debit Card
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- PayPal
- New Layaway contracts cannot be created if you have other delinquent Layaway contracts
- No partial takeouts or partial cancellations are permitted
- There will be no price adjustments on any of the items in your layaway.
- Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing Layaway.
- If you make a payment that is less than the minimum amount due; your payment due date is not advanced to the next monthly cycle. You are still obligated to fulfill the rest of the current payment balance before the system will advance your next payment due date.
How Do I Get Started?
Just printout the Layaway Agreement, fill it out and follow the directions, then return the completed agreement to us. We will send an acknowledgement to you by email, reserve the items you want to layaway, and that is all there is to it. Once we receive your final payment, your layaway items will be sent to you.
