We offer USPS Priority Mail Service as the standard option for most shipments. USPS Priority Mail Service is the most cost effective service available for most of our teddy bears and stuffed animals. If you need your package to arrive sooner, we offer USPS Express Mail Service. Jumbo items are shipped by UPS. If you have a specific shipping request, call us and we will take care of it.
Orders received before noon (Pacific Time) are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after noon, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped the next business day.
USPS has a service goal of 2-3 day delivery time for Priority Mail Service. UPS shipments take longer and you should allow up to ten days for a jumbo items shipped by UPS to reach their destination. These delivery times are only estimates and you should allow additional time around major holiday periods to assure that your package arrives on time.
We ship to a limited number of foreign countries, as shown in the following table. If your country is not listed, send us an email with a request that we include it.
