Check Order Status
To check the status of your order, enter your billing zip code and the order number:
Note that sometimes USPS is slow in updating their online tracking information. If you track your shipment and the USPS website does not find your tracking information it is either because they have not updated their information yet or the package was not scanned properly at the Post Office. If our system provides a tracking number, your package has been shipped. We are aware that USPS has added a footnote to their site stating that even though a package has been scanned as being received, it is no guarantee that is was actually received by USPS. We are working with USPS to determine why this statement has been added since it is both misleading and confusing. Any package from Freebears.com that has been scanned as having been received by USPS has, in fact, been received by USPS since the only way they have for scanning it is when they pick it up.
